We have choosen a restraunt in Disney Springs called STK as it looks amazing! We will be sitting in teh balcony overlooking the rest of Disney Springs.

There are options for dinner I think you will be free to change your mind on the night but we have to choose three out of the following so would like to get an idea of what people would like, please let us know when you RSVP!

Seared Tuna - red quinoa, pickled mango, passion fruit vinaigrette

Florada Grouper - maitake mushroom, fingerling potato, truffle lobster brown butter

Grilled Chicken - bok choy, snap peas, baby carrot, shiso

Glazed Beed Short Rib - green apple confit, horseradish cream

6oz Filet Mignon - roasted shallot, red wine

8oz Skirt Steak - chimichurri sauce,

10oz Loin Strip - au poivre sauce

Note there are some alternative "large" steaks avaialble for a suppliment if you want to know more on them just ask ;)
